InspiHer is a 501(c)(3) international nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring girls by introducing them to STEM fields, promoting financial independence, and encouraging them to break barriers in historically male-dominated industries such as business. We are committed to closing the gender gap by sparking curiosity, building confidence, and creating opportunities for action and impact. The Faces of Our Organization

Srishti Sripada
Founder
Srishti is a junior at Dougherty Valley High School who is deeply passionate about both advancing gender equality and protecting the environment. She strives to advocate for young girls, encouraging them to enter fields where women have been historically underrepresented, while also promoting sustainable practices and solutions to today’s environmental challenges. In the future, she hopes to work in STEM, integrating technology with her commitment to environmental stewardship. At school, she is a member of the Dougherty Valley Varsity Congress Team.
Beyond academics, Srishti enjoys playing the piano, ukulele, and flute.

Shreya
Co-Founder
Shreya is a junior in college, passionate about bridging the gender gap and fostering equality in society. She actively advocates for young girls, encouraging them to pursue fields where women remain underrepresented. Looking ahead, she hopes to work in STEM, applying technology to create more equitable healthcare solutions for underprivileged communities. Outside of academics, Shreya enjoys staying active by playing intramural sports.

Pooja

Pooja is a third-year Psychology and Neuroscience Student at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She is passionate about intersectional feminism and advocates for acknowledging and appreciating the different barriers that women face in society, especially in the STEM fields, based on their race, ability, class, and other facets of social identity. Pooja wants to apply her perspective as a woman of color and her knowledge of intersectionality to inform the growing field of neuropsychology and provide tailored clinical resources to people from diverse background.

Tanay
Web Developer and Python Teacher
Tanay is a Sophomore in Oak Park High School, Python Certified (PCEP) instructor. Tanay manages the InspiHER website and works under adult suprervision to manage the amount generated via online classes and donations.

Tanuj
Python and C++ teacher
Tanuj is a Python certified (PCEP) programmer and experienced C++ developer with passion for teaching. Tanuj is a Sophomore in Oak Park high school and is part of InspiHER team offering online Scratch, Python and C++ classes to help InspiHER mission.
